Where We Ship
Kayira ships to all 50 states within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM PST are processed the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days. All orders are shipped using Kayira’s standard shipping method from our United States–based fulfillment facilities. Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days after shipment, please contact us and our support team will assist you promptly.
Multiple Address Shipping
We do not support shipping to multiple addresses within a single order. To ship items to different addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns for unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can assist you.
