Wholesale Eligibility & Application
To be eligible for a wholesale account and authorized resale of Kayira products, retailers must operate a verified physical storefront (with or without an online presence) or be an established online-only business with a proven customer base.
Wholesale purchasing is strictly intended for resale purposes. Purchasing products for personal use under a wholesale account is not permitted. Resale on unauthorized third-party marketplaces is not allowed without prior written approval from Kayira .
All wholesale applications are reviewed and vetted to ensure brand alignment and business legitimacy. Kayira reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke wholesale access at its discretion.
Invoicing & Pricing
Invoices: Wholesale invoices are issued in USD and are available upon request. Orders are placed directly through our team.
Pricing: Wholesale pricing is available exclusively to approved retailers and reflects a discounted rate intended for resale.
Additional Discounts: Wholesale pricing is not eligible for additional discount codes unless explicitly agreed upon in writing for promotional or high-volume orders. Orders submitted with unauthorized discounts may be canceled.
Payment & Fulfillment
Payment Terms: Full payment is required prior to order processing and shipment.
Order Processing: Wholesale orders are typically fulfilled within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise communicated.
Kayira supports bulk and B2B orders for approved wholesale partners.

International Wholesale Orders: For wholesale orders shipped outside the United States, any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the retailer.
Free Shipping: Free shipping may be available on qualifying wholesale orders placed directly through Kayira , subject to product and order requirements.
Damaged Items: All products are inspected prior to shipment. Retailers must inspect orders upon delivery and notify Kayira of any damage or discrepancies within 5 days of receipt.
